Taking responsibility for preventing further oil spills

This writing is from a blog which I found really sincere and it reminds one more time why we should see all system interdependent. Before blaming everyone else, we may better to look at ourselves!!
I think something can be done to prevent future oil spills.I believe best day to day management vigilance and practices should be in place to prevent further occurrences.
