I am pleased to share with you the exceptional resources which I have accessed in my life recently that have enabled me to be both more Green and entrepreneurial. On June, 2010, under the European Union’s financial support, our group from Azerbaijan including me participated in the study tour in Germany about the management of adult education centers. Within this study tour, we also visited to the green farm (bio farm) in the Nieder Saxons (near-by Hannover). This visit has accessed me to witness the experience and resources in my life for different reasons that have enabled me to be more green and entrepreneurial. There could be question in which way experiencing the biofarm made me feel greener and entrepreneurial?

First, the farm is based on natural management structure. Everything that is produced in the farm is made through natural means, including feeding animals, general management of the farm and energy supply by using solar energy and other alternative sources etc. Seeing such an agriculture private enterprise made me think that people can really create places for production and profit making through such economies. Second, it made me also think entrepreneurial, because it made me think that by using alternative energy resources and bio materials; we can reduce our expenses and make more profit. We can apply the means in my country to create such green economies.
