In order to guide young people towards and in the field of GreEn, we co-create a tool that helps us understand where we stand and where “North” lies. In other words a reliable navigation tool that helps us support young people more effectively to enter this broad field full of activity! The GreEn compass will provide us with:

• a clear overview of the needs of young people to become active in the GreEn field

• examples of what already exists to fulfill these needs

• unmet needs and opportunities

The first phase of the GreEn compass elaboration will take place online, with you as Co-Creation Community members and partners in the field! This phase will create a broad understanding of our community members’ needs. We are collecting your input in four building blocks covering four different perspectives on what is needed:

a) Personal Characteristics (Active!)

b) Resources (Active!)

c) Skills (Active!)

d) Environment (Now active!)

The second part of the GreEn compass will be built during the focused Co-creation workshop in December. There, we will focus on building the GreEn Compass around:

• Consolidating the understanding of needs of the young people to become more active in the field of GreEn, building upon the knowledge gathered during the online compass building phase

• Identifying the unmet needs and opportunities

• Exploring innovative ways to respond to these needs
