• We believe the best way to serve this task is to empower young people to find the sustainable entrepreneurs within themselves in order to become agents of change in their environment and the world.

Since simple solutions are not suitable for the complex problems of our times, we seek to inspire leadership in all individuals to first take responsibility for themselves and consequently for their communities, their society and their environment.

It’s all about co-creation and not reinventing the wheel

In this community we cultivate constructive and entrepreneurial behaviour and thinking and strive to help our members find within others the ingredients they need to fulfill their own mission.

• We work from the bottom up: starting from the needs of young people and striving to help them respond to these needs through our community and our partners.

All this right here on our online platform

• We are hosting meritocratic and participatory processes: our community currencies, the Ants and Owls, determine which contributions are most valuable to our community. This was our basis for selecting the representatives to attend our Co-Creation Workshop that took place in Brussels, December 2010.
• We are moderating the online Co-Creation Community as a safe-space and a sounding board, where contributions and responses are expressed in a supportive and constructive manner. Please see our community rules.
• The content of our online Co-Creation Community is created under a Creative Commons license and freely accessible for everybody.
