Welcome to our Teachers' Corner!

***NEWS! Europa Diary 2013/14***

Dear teachers,

As you can see from our Position Paper (hyperlink), the Europa Diary could still be made available again in its printed form for 2013/14. The European Parliament is backing the relaunch of the Europa Diary and has provided the European Commission with a budget, asking it to publish the Diary for the next academic year.
But this alone does not guarantee that the Diary will be published – the decision rests in the hands of the European Commission, who replaced the Diary with an online website last year.
If you’d like to express your support for the relaunch of the printed Europa Diary, as an EU citizen you have the right to contact the relevant decision-makers, including Vice-President Viviane Reding of the European Commission. (All European Commission email addresses are: firstname.familyname@ec.europa.eu)
If you’d like more information, please send us a word at info@generation-europe.eu.
We hope you’ll support this worthwhile project!

Online Library

We recognise that society is changing quickly, and that young people must learn to address a growing and fast-changing range of issues which are not always covered by the school curriculum. We specialise in bringing these questions into the classroom in such a way that teachers are happy to integrate them in their lesson plans.

As a teacher, you are welcome to connect to our Online library of teaching resources, where you can download educational resources for free.

  • "Focus On" available in many languages;
  • Europa Diary 2011/2012 (copyright European Commission) available in all EU languages.

Publications

You can also consult our Publications which are available to you. Here you will find information about the various Diaries we have published (Europa Diary, Latin Diary and Primary Diary).

Events and Competitions

Furthermore, we share news about Events and Competitions with a European focus, which you may find interesting.

We're counting on your ideas!

If you have suggestions on what topics we should tackle or how to enhance our materials, feel free to send us an email.
